As part of its New MAN strategy and its corporate values, MAN Truck & Bus is continuing to drive forward the topic of diversity and is making the Diversity & Inclusion department more effective. Linda Krupp and Juliane Peters are heading the department as dual heads. They each work part-time in a job-sharing model. MAN Chief Human Resources Officer Arne Puls: “With this set-up, we will further promote diversity in the workforce and create the basis for even more innovation in the company. We will also further intensify the possibility of job sharing this year.”
MAN promotes diversity and a culture of openness and tolerance. This not only enriches the corporate culture, but also increases innovative strength as part of MAN’s major transformation into a provider of intelligent and sustainable transportation solutions. Diverse teams achieve better results because different perspectives are taken into account. “With Linda Krupp and Juliane Peters, we have a strong dual leadership for Diversity & Inclusion – they bring diverse experience from both production and HR. And with their job-sharing approach, they exemplify new ways of leadership,” says Arne Puls.
Linda Krupp has many years of experience in production and logistics at MAN. She previously worked at Siemens AG in Munich as a Business Excellence Consultant. She has a degree in business administration. Juliane Peters has been working in HR at MAN for five years. Prior to that, she held various HR positions at Generali Versicherung (Cologne & Munich, Generali Deutschland AG). Peters studied psychology with a focus on economics in Cologne and Mannheim.
