Lexus South Africa has been recognised for outstanding customer experience in both sales and service at the 23rd Ask Afrika Orange Index Conference and Awards. Recently held at GIBS, Lexus earned the number 7 spot out of 200 brands surveyed to receive the Top 10 Achiever Award. Additionally, Lexus proudly secured a place among the top three in the Automotive category.
The Ask Afrika Orange Index is considered the most comprehensive CX research study in the country, and measures, among other things, customer satisfaction, emotional satisfaction, and loyalty. South African consumers were interviewed about their real experiences and expectations of 200 brands across 26 industries. The study design involves 154 variables, has 31 core measures, and tests customer experience interactions across 21 contact channels.
This year, the Ask Afrika Orange Index® has grown to include over 48,000 interviews across 26 industries, making it the most comprehensive customer experience benchmark in South Africa.
