With effect from February 1, 2025, Frank Marotte will be appointed VP, Dacia Brand, Marketing, Sales and Operations. He will join the Dacia Management Committee, reporting to Denis Le Vot, CEO of Dacia.
A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, Frank Marotte has over 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry. He began his career at Peugeot in 1993 and has held a number of management positions in France and abroad. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Product Planning at PSA Peugeot Citroën, overseeing developments in several segments.
In 2013, Frank Marotte joined Toyota Motor as Director of product planning for Europe, Russia and the Middle East. Within the company, he oversaw Toyota’s product portfolio in Europe and was a member of the Toyota Motor Europe Executive Committee.
In July 2019, Frank Marotte was appointed President and Managing Director of Toyota France, where he is responsible for the strategy and development of the Toyota and Lexus businesses in France.
On 1st February 2025, he will be appointed VP Marketing, Sales and Operations for the Dacia brand.
