Elena CORTESI is now responsible for Marketing & Communication, and for the functional reporting line for the EE Jeep, Ram & Dodge Brands within the Marketing Office. In her new role, Elena reports to Fabio Catone, Jeep, Ram & Dodge Head of Brand in Europe.
Since 2021, she has served as the Head of Communication for these brands at Stellantis, where she achieved record media coverage and led the successful launch of the Avenger, Jeep’s first 100% electric vehicle, which was awarded the 2023 Car of The Year.
Known for her strategic thinking, motivation, and leadership, Elena joined the former FCA in 2017 to lead the Customer Experience strategy and in 2019, she coordinated the launch of the New Fiat 500, the group’s first full electric car.
Earlier in her career at Ford Motor Company and Ford Europe, she implemented innovative communications strategies, including a groundbreaking social media strategy for the launch of the new Fiesta in 2008. This work set an industry benchmark and earned her the Automotive News Eurostar 2013 Award for Best Social Media Executive.
Elena succeeds Aline Germain, who transitions to the role of Brand Content & Marketing Operations for Jeep, Ram & Dodge Brands in Enlarged Europe.
