Step into the heart of automotive excellence at the Festival of Motoring, where we Celebrate Car Culture in full force! Returning to the legendary Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit from 30 August to 1 September, this year’s festival is set to ignite your passion for all things automotive.

Get ready for a high-octane showcase featuring the latest and favourites in passenger brands, supercars, and high-performance rides, all within a dynamic and controlled environment. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or just starting your journey into the world of motoring, there’s something unforgettable waiting for you.

Experience the power and precision of renowned automotive brands participating in the event: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, BAIC, Chery, Citroen, Fiat, Haval, Isuzu, Jeep, Omoda, Opel, Porsche, Peugeot, Shelby, Subaru, Suzuki, Volkswagen and more. 

For visitors craving an extra dose of adrenaline, supercar, motorsport and drifting experiences are offered by accredited providers i.e. BMW Motorsport Club hotlaps, the Simola Hill Climb sessions, Supercar hotlaps by RaceDayEvents, the Samlin Lamborghini Experience, and Shelby Mustang SA. Special rates only available at the Festival of Motoring and a few one-of-its-kind experiences in Johannesburg. Witness Formula One type vehicles tearing up the track, the Sunbet ZX10 Masters Cup Superbikes competitors whizzing through, and thrilling speed attacks in our unique Festival of Motoring, Shelby Speed Challenge. 

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Immerse yourself in complimentary experiences on the main circuit, self-handling track, and 4×4 course. Take on Subaru’s obstacle course on the skidpan of Kyalami, featuring models like the Forester and Outback, all available for the festival attendee at no cost. In addition notable brands Dunlop and Castrol have created special interactive areas for visitors.

Tickets can be purchased at www.howler.co.za starting from 11 April 2024, with general access priced at R275 per adult and R75 for children aged 4 to 12 years. Complimentary convenient shuttle service offered by SANI Car Rental, from the Mall of Africa. Internal shuttle service provided to the 4×4 village by esteemed partners Volkswagen, Isuzu and Haval.
